HOW TO ORDER
Create a wholesale account at ellenwalshdesigns.com.au/wholesale (AUS Only) and order online.
View our catalogue and fill in an order form.
Completed forms can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Phone or email orders are also welcome.
Opening order minimum: $150, Reorder minimum: $120.
Please see product listings for specific product/style minimum quantities.
An invoice will be provided within 2 business days of your order form being received, and can be paid by credit card, paypal or EFT.
Online orders can be paid at time of ordering or you can request a later shipping and payment date, in which case an invoice will be emailed and due in line with these dates.
Orders will not be shipped before payment is received.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the case of wrong or damaged goods we must be notified within 2 business days of you receiving your order, and they must be returned to us within 5 business days to be exchanged. Returns or exchanges will not be permitted for change of mind of if products are not sold.
Cancellations will be permitted within 24 hours of placing your order, before payment is received.
Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks, providing payment has been received.
Domestic orders over $300 receive free shipping!

All of our products are printed and produced in Australia.
Where possible we try to avoid using single use plastic, therefore our notebooks and gift wrap sets are supplied with card bellybands holding them together, rather than plastic packaging.
*Sets must remain in original packaging and not be broken up for sale*
