Paint Club - Monthly Membership

AUGUST SIGN UPS NOW OPEN: sign up on any date in July and your first mail will be sent in the first week of August.

Welcome to Paint Club! This is my monthly creative painting membership delivered straight to your actual mailbox, so we can all paint together, practice your skills each month, and get cute, fun mail!

*Australia only- for international, please use international listing*

Each month receive:

• An A5 watercolour template, printed on 100% cotton watercolour paper
• A6 mini print of same template design, which is also a postcard! Use this as a reference for your painting if you need to!
• A surprise goodie that changes every month (maybe a sticker, or an extra print or activity, etc)
• A little letter from me
• Real, fun, pretty mail sent with stamps by letter post (no tracking)

The theme of the design will vary every month and be a surprise, from travel destinations to architecture, flowers and more.

The monthly price is a recurring monthly fee. Your fee will renew and be automatically billed on the same date each month. There is no minimum commitment and you can cancel any month!

PAINT CLUB FAQS

When will my Paint Club mail be sent?

Paint Club mail is sent in the first week of every month. If you sign up on any date during a month, your mail will be sent in the first week of the next month. For example, sign up on any date in June, and your first mail will be sent in the first week of July.

I will send an email each month once all mail has been posted. If after this email 2 weeks has passed and you haven’t yet received your mail, please reach out!

When will I receive my letter & can I track it?

Paint Club mail is sent by letter post with stamps, therefore no tracking is available. It usually takes 2-8business days within Australia to arrive.

What will the design be for next month?

While I might offer sneak peaks in advance on instagram, the idea is that the designs will be a surprise each month! The contents each month will be the same, however the extra surprise goodie will change- one month it might be a vinyl sticker, another month a different mini print or piece.

When is Paint Club billed each month?

Paint Club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially signed up on.If you'd like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.

How can I update my details or manage my subscription?

Sign into your account on my website - In the customer portal under your account, you can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription. If you have any questions, please email me at ellen@ellenwalshdesigns.com.au

Can I reschedule payment dates?

You can change your upcoming billing dates in your profile, under 'manage subscription'. However, this changes one date, not all of them automatically. In order to keep receiving monthly mail and not skip any, you need to keep your subscription date within the same month it was originally scheduled to be in, or you may be skipped in the next mail cycle. 2 payments in the same month will mean you may get two of the same mail in the next month.
